Refundable Items
  • Course enrollment within 7 days of purchase (if less than 25% content accessed)
  • Live class registration before the class starts
  • Technical issues preventing access for more than 48 hours
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Cancelled classes by CMPM
Non-Refundable Items
  • Course completion certificates
  • Downloaded materials and resources
  • Live classes already attended
  • Courses accessed more than 25% of content
  • Refund requests after 30 days of purchase
  • Violation of terms of service

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase

• Course progress and access will be revoked upon refund approval

• All downloaded materials must be deleted upon receiving a refund

• CMPM reserves the right to modify this refund policy with 30 days notice
