Refundable Items
- Course enrollment within 7 days of purchase (if less than 25% content accessed)
- Live class registration before the class starts
- Technical issues preventing access for more than 48 hours
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Cancelled classes by CMPM
Non-Refundable Items
- Course completion certificates
- Downloaded materials and resources
- Live classes already attended
- Courses accessed more than 25% of content
- Refund requests after 30 days of purchase
- Violation of terms of service

Important Notes
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Course progress and access will be revoked upon refund approval
• All downloaded materials must be deleted upon receiving a refund
• CMPM reserves the right to modify this refund policy with 30 days notice
